Delete your Qelumi account
This permanently removes your authentication account and Qelumi-controlled personal learning data. Account deletion cannot be undone.
What deletion removes
Private learning data
History, saved examples, lists, recall schedules, weak-word state, mistakes, game results and learning sessions.
Saved Language Lab data
Saved transcripts, text translations, Context Lens items, grammar/writing reviews, read-aloud items and conversation sessions.
Identifiable service records
Qelumi-controlled feedback, search-audit, background-job and identifiable performance records linked to your user ID.
Important: shared dictionary entries do not contain your identity and may remain. Aggregated statistics and limited security/legal records may also remain. A conversation that another participant saved to their own account is their copy and is not deleted from that person’s private data.
Delete online now
Sign in to the account you want to delete. For security, deletion requires a recent sign-in. Qelumi never receives your password—the sign-in fields are handled by Firebase Authentication.

Apple sign-in users can delete from Qelumi → Settings → Delete Account, or contact support from the registered relay email.

This action is permanent. You will be signed out on all devices and cannot recover your history, saved learning content or username after deletion.
Your Qelumi account has been deleted.
The account can no longer be used to sign in. If the app remains open on another device, close it or sign out.
Other deletion options
Delete inside the app
- Open Qelumi and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Press Delete Account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
Cannot access the account?
Email support@qelumi.com from the address registered to the Qelumi account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will need to verify ownership before deleting data.
